Das Training soll Menschen darin unterst\u00fctzen, Handlungsm\u00f6glichkeiten zu entwickeln und anzuwenden, die als sozial kompetent bewertet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Um diese Zielsetzung erfolgreich umzusetzen, ist es notwendig zu wissen, welche Faktoren dazu beitragen, dass ein Verhalten als sozial kompetent bewertet wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soziale Komptenz ist die F\u00e4higkeit, in sozialen Interaktionen seine eigenen Ziele zu erreichen und Bed\u00fcrfnisse zu befriedigen und gleichzeitig die Ziele und Bed\u00fcrfnisse von anderen zu ber\u00fccksichtigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00dcbergeordnetes Trainingsziel ist die Verbesserung der sozialen Kompetenz in konkreten alltagsnahen Situationen, aber auch das St\u00e4rken von vorhandenen Ressourcen. Ein weiterer wichtiger Bestandteil ist das Erarbeiten von Konfliktl\u00f6sungsstrategien in verschiedensten Situationen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Training bezieht sich auf vier Situationstypen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Eigene Rechte durchsetzen<\/strong> – wie man kompetent berechtigte Forderungen stellt oder Forderungen anderer ablehnt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Beziehungen gestalten<\/strong> – nahe Beziehungen und die Frage, wie man dort eigene Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Gef\u00fchle mitteilt und mit den Bed\u00fcrfnissen des anderen in Einklang bringt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Um Sympathie werben – <\/strong>wie kann ich durch sympathisches Auftreten Kontakte zu anderen Menschen herstellen oder jemanden zu einem Gefallen bewegen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. \u00fcber die psychische Beeintr\u00e4chtigung reden lernen – <\/strong>mit Personen aus dem eigenen Umfeld \u00fcber die psychische Beeintr\u00e4chtigung reden und nicht immer Ausreden zu nutzen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. In dem Training werden zum einen Informationen vermittelt und zum anderen praktische \u00dcbungen durchgef\u00fchrt. Sie werden die M\u00f6glichkeit bekommen, sicheres Auftreten in kurzen Rollenspielen auszuprobieren. Gegebenenfalls nutzen wir f\u00fcr die Rollenspiele die Videounterst\u00fctzung.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
